Report Faulty Vault Door
While the maintenance of the buildings housing BELCO vaults on private property is the responsibility of the property owner, BELCO must be made immediately aware of faulty or damaged doors on those buildings as this can pose a very serious safety hazard. Once we have been notified of a faulty and/or unsafe door, we will complete a safety and security assessment and work with the property owner to ensure safety.
