When you arrive, you’ll need to set up your account by providing your rental or property address, proof of residence, valid identification and contact information. You can do this by calling BELCO’s friendly customer care team at 295-5111, visiting BELCO’s headquarters at 27 Serpentine Road in Pembroke or starting the process online

Once you’ve set up your BELCO account, creating an online profile will be your gateway to hasslefree energy management. With your first BELCO bill in hand — which will contain your account and meter number(s) — you can sign up for an online account. BELCO’s online portal gives you 24/7 access to view your Smart Meter consumption data, download and analyse your electricity usage, pay bills, track payment history, report power outages and even manage multiple accounts if needed.
Everyone has different preferences when it comes to billing, which is why BELCO provides multiple billing options. You can choose traditional monthly printed bills delivered to your address or post office box or opt for BELCO’s paperless ebilling system.
