Bermuda Electric Light Company Limited (‘BELCO’ or the ‘Company’) has announced that the BELCO Customer Experience Team, inclusive of Cashiers, Customer Service Representatives and Credit & Collections located in the ground floor of the Company’s Head Office at 27 Serpentine Road will have the following change to their hours of operation during the holiday period:
Tuesday, December 24, 2024: 8:30am – 12:00pm
Wednesday, December 25, 2024: Closed
Thursday, December 26, 2024: Closed
Walk-in customers should take note of these changed hours of operation. Normal hours of operation will resume on Friday, December 27, 2024.
Customers can continue to use online services through the Company’s website at www.belco.bm and can utilise other methods of payment during this holiday period, such as belco.bm, automated payments, online payments through your local bank or ATM and payments via our Partner Payment Centres.
