Rates & service rules

BELCO’s rates and service rules are set by the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda, an independent regulatory body that is responsible for setting electricity rates since 2016.

Electricity Theft

Electricity theft is costly, dangerous and illegal. Electricity theft raises your cost of electricity and also creates the risk of fire and electrocution. BELCO will prosecute electricity theft, vandalism and tampering to the fullest extent of the law. Because electricity theft impacts everyone, BELCO makes it easy to report suspected electricity theft in Bermuda. Please email us for more information.
