Call Before You Dig

If you are planning to undertake digging or trenching work on your property, please call BELCO and Bermuda's other utilities before starting. When you contact BELCO, we will send a member of our Energy Delivery-Records & Technical Services team to visit the site to locate and mark underground cables. To arrange an appointment, call BELCO Customer Care at 296-3408 or e-mail info@belco.bm.

Please contact us a week or so in advance, so that we have time to do our part, but so the markings don't fade. When you call before you dig, you help ensure the safety of workers and that the electricity supply is uninterrupted. This service is free, but damaged cables are repaired at the customer's expense.
